Artist Wong Chee Meng's sight was impaired through an accident that left him with a condition known as stereo-blind, which is the inability to differentiate between shapes, dimension and depth. As a result, Chee Meng's fractures and flattens perspective. His paintings are not quite ‘out of focus’, they instead definitively record a unique view of the world.

TILL NOV 20, MAZEN KERBAJ: BLOG DRAWINGS FROM BEIRUT
The despair and determination that Mazen Kerbaj (a contemporary Lebanese blog artist and jazz musician) experienced during the July 2006 Lebanon War between Hizbullah and the Israeli Defence Forces is expressed in his works here, with surprising warmth, wit and humanity.

NOV 3-30, HAPPY SHAPES AND PULAU PERHENTIAN
Husband and wife Victor Chin and Numpueng present a double exhibition: Happy Shapes by Numpueng (a collection of 25 acrylic paintings depicting a story with images of animals, figures and flowers) and Pulau Perhentian by Victor Chin, a collection of 20 abstract acrylic paintings on canvas is about imaging the shimmering quality of light in the sea, that was first inspired by a stay at Pulau Perhentian in 2002.

NOV 7, THE LADY OF THE LOTUS LAKE
The Lady of the Lotus Lake is a 90-minute art and music performance by artist Rudaera, who will be accompanied by violinist Michelle Kong from the RTM Orchestra. It is a love story told through poetry, with music for piano and violin composed and arranged by the artist and a ‘live-on-stage’ painting performance by Rudaera.

First performed in June 2008, the play Jalan Mati is Jean Paul Sarte's existentialist masterpiece, No Exit, done in Malaysian context. Damned souls - Johan, Faridah, and Sofea - are brought to hell by a mysterious Valet. Expecting medieval torture devices to punish they, they were surprised to find themselves in a plain room, furnished with wretched furniture.
